Papua New Guineau

Filled with orange and honey flavors, and a brown sugar finish, this cup is quite memorable. The full bodiness and all over mouthfeel are only overshadowed by it's smooth low acidity. The peaberry is a much smaller bean , the result of a natural mutation that takes place inside the cherry. It produces a noticeably harder bean that roasts quite well. It is sweeter and more intensely flavored than its flat counterpart.
